And what a journey it was! Over the course of about three years, multiple venue changes, a worldwide pandemic, and so many challenges, you were the rudder that steered our ship through the storm.”

I am sure you recall how stressed and anxious we were the week leading up to the wedding with our COVID scare. It was your level-headed reassurance and practical mindset that helped pull us back to sanity when we were totally lost in emotional turmoil. Then, on the actual wedding day, you and your team were so sharp and attentive. We were really able to enjoy everything because we knew we were in such capable hands.

It has been fun watching your career take off and we believe you are definitely in the right industry. You have a great talent for wedding planning and we are so grateful that our journeys got to align.

Wow! Where to even begin? Through a referral from my friend, I reached out to Heidi to help me plan my wedding. I am pretty opinionated and I would say somewhat difficult to please, but I was very thoroughly impressed with how Heidi planned my friend Michelle's wedding and mine as well.

I was an attendee at Michelle's wedding, which consisted of a Jewish ceremony and later an Asian banquet at a cool warehouse location that blended New Orleans + Jewish and Asian elements. It was the most fun I had ever had at a wedding. Partly, I knew it was because this wedding was so well executed and planned.

Throughout the wedding process for my husband and me, Heidi has been extremely helpful with helping us review contracts, understanding what needs to be done at each particular checkpoint, creating a mood board to understand our vision, and attending all of our wedding meetings/tastings at the venue. I truly feel incredibly thankful we chose Heidi to plan our wedding. A week out, I felt completely at ease that the wedding was completely finalized. Even with ambiguity, I felt there was a fix to everything.

I'm someone who feels like there is always something to do. On my wedding day, I felt an unfamiliar feeling when planning an event: relaxed. There was literally nothing to do, because Heidi got it all covered. I trusted her with the process and woke up at 8am on my wedding day, got my makeup done with my bridal party, and just lived in the moment. I never doubted that we were behind because Heidi created a minute by minute timeline that helped me feel at ease.

Every moment felt like it passed so quickly, but Heidi was there to ensure my husband and I were getting fed, that we got to try our boba bar, and that we made it to each moment of our wedding. She help set up some of the decorations I had and helped navigate a situation that occurred with our photo booth with ease. It was seriously the most perfect day for us both and I couldn't have pictured it with another planner. She showered us with so much love and great snacks the day of and made us feel so cared for as a couple. Heidi has such a great can do attitude and is just a pleasure of a person to be around.
